The 6th annual “Civil War Weekend” presented by The Andrew Carnegie library in Carnegie, PA. The library is the home of the Capt. Thomas Espy post No. 153 of the Grand Army of the Republic, which has been completely restored, one of only 6 existing posts in the US. The guns are replicas of the US 3 inch ordnance rifle.
